Re:do Return Option
For $1.98, add Re:do at checkout to receive a free return label if needed. Without Re:do, return shipping is available for purchase.

Eligibility & Guidelines

  • Returns are accepted within 21 days of the order date for in-store credit (gift card) or exchange only.
  • Sale items, items discounted by 30% or more, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after placement.
  • Returns are for in store credit only. No refunds will be given.
  • Exchanges are allowed twice per order; after that, the order becomes final sale.

Item Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
  • Free from deodorant, makeup, stains, smoke, or odors.
  • Returned with original tags attached and in appropriate packaging.
  • For shoes, the box must be undamaged and not used as a shipping box. A 20% restocking fee applies if the shoe box is damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewelry, handbags, bralettes, bodysuits, scarves, fragrances, headwear, seasonal items, "doorbusters," and Able jewelry/leather bags are final sale.

How to Return

  1. Visit our Return Portal and follow the steps.
  2. Ensure your item meets all return requirements.
  3. Use the return label provided (if applicable) and send your item promptly.

Processing
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 1-2 business days. Store credit will be issued via email.

Final Sale Items
All items marked as "final sale" or discounted by 30% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact USPS or UPS for assistance.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of your delivery date. Follow or return process above and attach your images to the request. We are not responsible for items that are damaged after they have been worn or washed.

Order Error
If you have received and incorrect item in your order then please email us at info@birchandbell.com within three days of your delivery date with your Order # and an explanation of the error.

Items Return Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to receive, inspect, and process your return. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your in-store credit.
