We want you to love Birch & Bell Boutique and the products you receive. If you don't love something you receive then you can exchange it or get in-store credit for a future purchase. See all the details below!

  • All merchandise must be returned within 21 days of order date. Any merchandise returned outside of the 21 day return period will not be accepted. 
  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must show no sign of wear, be unwashed and free from deodorant, makeup, smoke or stains. 
  • If merchandise is defective or if there is an error in your order you must contact within 3 days of delivery date. 
  • We are not responsible for merchandise damaged after the item has been worn or washed. 

Items bought beginning November 16th through January 11th must be returned along with a gift receipt to be accepted past our normal 21 day return policy. Any item returned without a gift receipt will fall under the standard 21 day return policy and will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given, store credit and exchange only. 


  • Orders are processed 1-2 business days after your order is placed. You will be notified when your order is either ready for In-Store Pickup or if it has been shipped out. 
  • Orders placed online Saturday will not be processed till Monday. 
  • Orders needing shipped out will be be sent out via USPS standard ground shipping unless otherwise requested by customer. Once an order has been shipped it can not be changed to expedited shipping. 
  • Free shipping is only offered on orders $50+ otherwise a fee of $4.95 will be charged at checkout. 


  • Local pick up orders will be processed and ready the next business day. You will receive a shipment/fulfilled notification when your order is ready to pickup.
  • We ask that you have your order picked up within 2 weeks of placing your order. Our 14 day return policy goes in affect once the order is placed, not when the order is picked up.

  4. Birch & Bell does not pay for return shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 
  5. Send your returned package to our store at: 115 N. Main St. Ste. 102, Auburn, IN 46706.
  6. Once your return is received and meets the above requirements, you will be notified that we have received your item through email. 
  7. If you are approved, your request will be processed and an in-store credit will be issued.
    Birch & Bell does not do online exchanges. If you live near our store, please bring in your order to complete an in-store exchange.
