How long do I have to return?

• Regular priced items can be returned within 21 days of your order date.
  
• Sale items and items purchased at 30% off or more are final sale.
  

What do I get for my return?

• Returns are for in-store credit or exchange only.
  
• Store credit can be issued as:
  A Birch & Bell gift card sent by email, or
  Credit in your Birch & Bell account for future purchases.

What are my return shipping options?

• Add Return Protection at checkout for $1.98 → enjoy Free Returns.
  
• Didn’t add Return Protection? No problem! Returns can still be made with a $6.95 flat return shipping fee.

What condition do items need to be in?

• Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and free of makeup, deodorant, stains, or smells.
  
• Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

How do I start a return?

1. Log into your customer account on our website.
2. Select the order/items you’d like to return.
3. Print your prepaid return label.

How long does processing take?

• Once we receive your return, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
  
• You’ll get an email when your store credit is ready.
