How long do I have to return?
- Regular priced items can be returned within 21 days of your order date.
- Sale items and items purchased at 30% off or more are final sale.

What are my return shipping options?

- Didn’t add Return Protection? No problem! Returns can still be made with a $6.95 flat return shipping fee.
What condition do items need to be in?
- Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and free of makeup, deodorant, stains, or smells.
- Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.
How do I start a return?
- Log into your customer account on our website.
- Select the order/items you’d like to return.
- Print your prepaid return label.
